What kind of breakfast is served at Gateway Motor Inn?
Breakfast is available and can be served as continental, full English or Irish, vegetarian and gluten-free. Breakfast in the room is also possible.
What type of room can I book at Gateway Motor Inn?
You can book the King Suite with 1 king bed, the Suite with 2 King Beds, or the Premier Suite with 2 twin beds and 1 king bed. All are self-contained with kitchen facilities.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly asked to inform the property in advance.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. Valet parking, accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are also available.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?
There is no swimming pool, restaurant or spa. There is a cafe and bar on site, room service, and the Premier Suite has a private spa bath and hot tub.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
Yes, an airport shuttle and general shuttle service are available on request at an additional charge.
Are there rooms with a balcony and a private bathroom?
Yes. All suites have a private bathroom and a patio, terrace or balcony with garden views.
What is the Wi-Fi policy?
Wifi is available in all rooms and is free of charge.
Does the property have a hot tub?
Yes, a hot tub and spa bath are part of the Premier Suite.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the property.
What are the policies for children and extra beds?
Children of all ages are welcome and children 18 and above are charged as adults. An extra bed for children aged 6 to 14 is available on request for NZD 50 per child per night. There are no cribs available and all extra beds are subject to availability.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards and cash are accepted. Please note there is a 2.5% charge when paying by credit card. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
